Top bunks are strictly for children 14 years and under

Guest List Required – To confirm your booking, please return the guest list with the required details. Your booking will not be confirmed until the completed guest list is returned.
Linen Provided – Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied, but please bring your own beach towels. If you would like the beds made up before your arrival, please book our bed-making service ($15 per bed, top bunks excluded). It is the guest’s responsibility to notify the office if you need any special bed configurations.
Pet Bond – A refundable $500 pet bond is required for stays with pets.

300 steps is very well set up for a family group. The yard is fully enclosed so didn’t have to worry about our pups escaping. The accomodation catered well for our family of 6 adults and 5 children and was well supplied with books, puzzles and DVD’s and kitchen utensils. Only a short stroll to beautiful Long Beach. Would recommend without hesitation.

A great family home. We had 7 adults and 3 children and plenty of room for all. 2 seperate lounge areas which was great and a balcony which was nice in the morning. Within walking distance to the beach and playground. Also great as the kids could be locked behind the gates. Home away from home.

We had a fantastic week at the beach house. A great space for multiple families and absolutely everything you could need. Comfortable living areas and beds. Great outside fenced area. The deck was awesome with views of the sea. It’s so close to long beach, just a short walk or drive if you want to take your car down. A lovely walk along the path to town as well. Highly recommend this beach house and will definitely come again.

We had a fantastic 4 days in Robe. 300 steps has so much room and was a very comfortable stay. Only a few minutes walk to Long Beach and a pleasant stroll along the coast into town. We will be back to stay again!

Ideal accomodation. Very well presented and had everthing we needed. Close to Long Beach and there is a good walking track via the coast into the town. Would highly recommend it, especially for groups or families with children.
What a fantastic property - absolutely everything catered for...from sunscreen to 2 barbeques! Spacious property in a great location. Excellent kitchen facilities - the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. A really relaxing stay - look forward to visiting again. Thank you!
