Welcome to 300 Steps, a spacious coastal holiday home ideally suited to large families and groups, just moments from Robe’s beautiful Long Beach.
Please note:

300 Steps is designed for relaxed group holidays, offering plenty of space, flexible living arrangements, and easy access to the beach. With accommodation for up to 14 guests, it is well suited to extended families or multiple families travelling together.
The home features two separate kitchen spaces, making it easy to cater for larger groups. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped, while the downstairs kitchenette provides additional convenience. An Aldi coffee pod machine is also provided (guests to bring their own Aldi pods).
There are two bathrooms, including a main bathroom with a bath—ideal for families after a day at the beach.
Living and entertaining spaces are generous, with a large outdoor deck perfect for BBQs, shared meals, and relaxing in the coastal air. An enclosed yard provides a secure space for children and pets, however guests remain responsible for ensuring pets are appropriately supervised and restrained at all times.

Important Information:
• A completed guest list is required before booking confirmation
• Credit card details are required for bond security
• Pet bond of $500 applies for all pet stays
Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds made prior to arrival, please request this at the time of booking ($15 per bed, top bunks excluded). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

What a fantastic property - absolutely everything catered for...from sunscreen to 2 barbeques! Spacious property in a great location. Excellent kitchen facilities - the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. A really relaxing stay - look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

300 steps is very well set up for a family group. The yard is fully enclosed so didn’t have to worry about our pups escaping. The accomodation catered well for our family of 6 adults and 5 children and was well supplied with books, puzzles and DVD’s and kitchen utensils. Only a short stroll to beautiful Long Beach. Would recommend without hesitation.

Had a fantastic stay for 4 nights at 300 steps. Close to beautiful Long Beach, with views of the sea from the balcony. Very comfortable beach house with great amenities. Owner has thought of everything from a well stocked kitchen, to DVDs, books to read and puzzles. Large yard that is fenced and secure. Very clean and organised. I loved my stay and am keen to return again soon. I highly recommend it. A great stay. Thanks so much.

A great family home. We had 7 adults and 3 children and plenty of room for all. 2 seperate lounge areas which was great and a balcony which was nice in the morning. Within walking distance to the beach and playground. Also great as the kids could be locked behind the gates. Home away from home.

We had a fantastic 4 days in Robe. 300 steps has so much room and was a very comfortable stay. Only a few minutes walk to Long Beach and a pleasant stroll along the coast into town. We will be back to stay again!

Ideal accomodation. Very well presented and had everthing we needed. Close to Long Beach and there is a good walking track via the coast into the town. Would highly recommend it, especially for groups or families with children.
Ideal holiday spot! Heaps of books, games and dvds to occupy everybody if you want to stay in. Short walk to the amazing ‘Long Beach’. 15 minute coastal walk to the Robe shopping/food area. Wine and cheese on the balcony late afternoon is something you truly deserve!!! Highly recommend this absolute gem!
