Set back from the main street in the heart of beautiful Robe, this family-friendly holiday home is sure to please. It is not often that holiday houses come available in such a fabulous location!
Plenty of parking to the spacious paved courtyard area at the front of the property. Courtyard also provides lawn for the kids to play on but back from the street and away from the hustle and bustle. (please note there is no gate leading to the main street but a long driveway)
Open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. This holiday home is for the practical traveller as it has everything you will need for you and your family.
Floor to ceiling storage in two bedrooms, perfect for the week long getaway.
Enclosed backyard with undercover outdoor dining and gas BBQ.
Credit Card details held in lieu of BOND
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guests responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made,we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.

We have stayed at this property before. The property is very well maintained and presented. One reason that we enjoy staying is the fact that the property is located in the main street of Robe. After an active day enjoying Robe and the nearby attractions, it very relaxing to be able to stroll to one of the delightful places to eat in the evening.

The property and our stay was great, However, considering the poor mobile coverage in Robe I'm extremely disappointed that the property had no wifi ... we needed to go the the local library to Google stuff for our vacation. Also, as this booking was made through Stayz, I'm a little annoyed that I've been constantly email pestered by a 3rd party to give a further review. Just saying ...

Overall the inside was clean and spacious. Needed more curtains in the family room for privacy from neighbours. Quiet even though in main street. Most cafes and eateries were within walking distance. Outside rear space needs clean-up and attention.

Although in a very good position for all amenities, the cobwebs, chipped crockery, hair in shower alcove and bath and loads of dust accumulated on the oil heater in the lounge area did dampen our enthusiasm to recommend the unit to our daughter and her family for a holiday. Although it was self-catered, it would have been nice to have a few coffee, sugar sachets and a few tea bags as a welcome gesture. There was a Nespresso capsule coffee machine there, dirty inside, but no capsules supplied either. Quiet spot and comfortable beds though.

List of areas needing improvement:
Front doorstep not swept for a while, cobwebs down side of doorway.
Kitchen floor sticky so could not have had a deep clean.
Knob on stovetop faulty so could be accidentally left on.
Dandelions all over back lawn,30cms high, so not mown for a while.
Outdoor table covered in thick dirt.
No can opener, chipped crockery.
Bathroom light not working.

The accommodation was in a great location for walking to shops, cafes, tourist attractions and restaurants. The property was clean and suitable for a couple. Would recommend the property and we will stay here in the future
We have stayed at this property quite a few times over the years. This visit was a little disappointing as the property in our opinion was not as good as we have previously found. Whilst very clean it was the detail of smaller things that was lacking. Chipped crockery, not enough glasses and a bathroom sink that was in a disgraceful condition and in need of replacement. The property is beautifully located but for the rental cost a little disappointing.
