Flipping Flounder is designed for easy coastal living, offering plenty of space for families or groups to unwind. The home features four generous bedrooms and three separate living areas, giving guests multiple zones to relax, connect, or enjoy quiet time.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area forms the heart of the home, filled with natural light and ideal for shared meals and relaxed holiday living. Large windows and an easy indoor–outdoor flow create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout.

Outside, a low-maintenance courtyard and paved alfresco area provide a great space for outdoor dining and entertaining, complete with a built-in gas BBQ and roller blinds for added comfort.

On cooler evenings, guests can enjoy the warmth of the slow-combustion wood heater, making it a cosy year-round retreat.

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds made prior to arrival, please request this at the time of booking ($15 per bed). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
