• Wood is supplied only from 1 June to 30 September. Outside of these months, wood can be purchased locally from Robe Hardware (Mitre 10) or Robe Auto & Marine at the guest’s expense
Ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the local mountain bike track, this home offers both relaxation and adventure right at your doorstep. Designed with families in mind, it provides space, comfort, and privacy in a peaceful Robe setting.
The home features four well-appointed bedrooms, all with built-in robes, and two bathrooms. One bathroom is newly installed and located in the external shed, with access from outside only — perfect for rinsing off sandy feet after a day at the beach.
Step outside and enjoy the fully enclosed backyard, where children can safely play while adults relax in the undercover entertaining area. With both grassed and paved spaces, the yard is ideal for backyard cricket, games, or simply unwinding in the fresh coastal air.
In the evenings, enjoy a short 650m stroll to the local Ski Lake and take in the tranquillity and natural beauty of the area. On cooler nights, settle in front of the wood fire and enjoy a movie in comfort.
Important Information:
• No booking will be accepted without a completed guest list and required details
• Credit card details are required for bond security
Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds professionally made prior to arrival, please request bed-making at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

House was satisfactory for the price, however lacks maintenance. No fans in house so bedrooms get hot as A/C struggled to cool entire house. No grass left just weeds and sand.
No freezer in kitchen and deep freeze in garage was dirty and stunk of fish.
House functioned for 8 people for a week however needs some tlc.

We loved our stay in the house. It was really clean and lots of space for our family trips. Loved the serene neighbourhood. Only one suggestions, heating/cooling/AC system were missing in the bedrooms. In summer the house might get very hot.. But overall it was a nice holiday house.

Very nice and cozy place, with all basic amenities, it has the second Washroom in the shed which was discovered the last day, fireplace and enough wood ( was available in the property unfront) kept us warm during the winter, Very good place , highly recommed it. All the members enjoyed it.

We had a family get together there was 10 of us, plenty of room, enclosed back yard for the kids, wood fire nice and cosy. the second toilet/bathroom came in very handy with so many of us. pity the weather was not a bit kinder.

Inside of house very clean and tidy except ceiling painting not completed. Could do with some shades on the ceiling lamps and a bit of a clean on windows inside and outside. The outside bathroom is something very special. Situated in a quiet part of town not far from the main street ; would we stay here again ?? ; a big YES.

Great holiday away in Robe. This house was clean, warm, comfortable and just around the corner from a great playground and many coffee shops. Walking and scooting for the children. Was a great getaway.
