Please note:

Located in the sought-after Sandy Beach development area, Jama offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and relaxed beachside living. Enjoy an easy stroll to Long Beach or take a scenic walk along the pristine coastline into the heart of Robe township.

Lovingly designed with families and groups of friends in mind, Jama comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four spacious bedrooms, featuring 2 Queen beds and 2 Queen/Single bunk combinations. The convenient three-way bathroom layout makes the home ideal for two families holidaying together, groups of couples, or friends looking for a peaceful seaside escape close to the beach.

Styled in calming neutral tones with fresh aqua accents, the home features two separate living areas positioned at opposite ends of the property, offering plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Guests can enjoy comfortable lounges, flat-screen TVs, DVD player, and reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort.

At the heart of the home is a modern galley-style kitchen complete with dishwasher, flowing effortlessly through large glass sliding doors onto the expansive outdoor deck and dining area — the perfect setting for summer entertaining and embracing Robe’s relaxed alfresco lifestyle. Brand new couches and outdoor furniture add to the comfort and appeal of this beautiful beach house.

Important Information:
• No booking will be accepted without a completed guest list and required details
• Credit card details are required for bond security

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds professionally made prior to arrival, please request bed-making at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed, sorry no top bunks). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

We did enjoy our stay and the house was nice
. I will say that it would be nice to include free standing fans we had to buy a couple, also the fridge in laundry not working and shelves in the kitchen freezer also the electric kettle needs replacing we bought our own

Was a great location close to the beach, house was clean and tidy, they had complimentary amenities guest supplys/provisions. The only downside fall was the dishwasher played up had to do 2nd wash the stereo didn't work and no WiFi, but other than that a great stay.

Located close to beach and town centre. Staff great re several maintenance issues, though no response re availability baby bassinet. Some extras (coffee,salt,gladwrap) would have been appreciated. Very warm quilts and wall heater quickly warmed house even with no doors to close off main living area.

It was good having the 2 living areas and a good size house. We were a family of 3 couples and found it comfy. It was clean and modern. Robe has a good Summer holiday vibe with some nice restaurants,cafes and shops and beaches and a cinema. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the house it was very nice needs outside shower or when u come back form beach also the bed were very hard and uncomfortable and also it wasn’t cleaned very well

We loved the house we had a few small issues but nothing major and it was quickly resolved from the wonderfull Ottoson real estate they answered any questions we had leading up to our holiday . House kept cold over hot days and a lovely area literally 200 meters from the fantastic long beach. Well presented beach house with amples of room very spacious only negative was that the information booklet inside the house needed updated with everything inside the book not some things in the book others on the side of fridge was a little confusing when it didn't correspond with each other and also something More substantial to clean the BBQ but that's being very picky we loved the stay and definetly will be back !! Worth the money !

The layout of the house was well suited to our requirements, however bits and pieces of the house could have been fixed or updated to make the stay a bit more at ease.
