Welcome to Kalimna. A recently renovated coastal holiday home on Joy Terrace, a relaxed two-bedroom retreat with sweeping views over Guichen Bay and the surrounding coastline.
Please note:
• No pets allowed
• No Wi-Fi available
• Highchair available upon request
Perched in a prime elevated position, this charming home enjoys ocean views from every window, creating a peaceful and memorable setting for a coastal getaway. It’s an easy walk to the main street, local shops, and eateries, making it a convenient base for small families or couples looking to explore the area without needing the car.
The home is simply styled and fully equipped, designed for comfortable, low-fuss holiday stays. The open living and dining space flows to a front deck where you can enjoy meals outdoors while taking in the uninterrupted views across the bay.
The property features two bedrooms, with heating provided in the lounge and bedrooms for cooler months. Ceiling fans are also available in each bedroom and the living area. Please note there is no reverse cycle air conditioning.
This home is best suited to guests who enjoy a relaxed, traditional beach house experience, with nature and ocean views as the highlight of the stay.
Important access note:
Please be aware there is a steep gravel driveway leading to the deck and entrance, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds made prior to arrival, please request this at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

We keep coming back to Kalimna! It is in the best location with beautiful views from every window! There are decks to relax on front and back, you can watch the sunset from the lounge and kitchen, sunrise from the meals area. Recently upgraded, Kalimna is more comfortable than ever, drawing us back to Robe again and again for walks, golf, wineries, cafes, restaurants and shopping!

Kalmina was lovely clean and quite spacious. Only 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms is a great space for a family.
It is very close to the water and walks with sights to see. A drive into town for dinner at Sails Rest. was excellent. My only criticism was the beds were not made. Linen left on the bed.

Another very relaxing three days enjoying the amazing ocean view. My only suggestion would be to include cooling. Although nice breeze through windows the house does become very hot. Small fans provided not adequate.

We love Kalimna our second stay and have booked a third, the house is comfortable,clean, with everything you need. It is quiet, so very relaxing and the ocean and marina views are amazing. The staff at Ottoson Partners Real Estate are wonderful to deal with, a small problem with the TV and they went over and above to ensure we were able to watch the footy.

Our family of four had the most magical stay at Kalimna. Perched on the end of the peninsula, we had 350 views of the ocean and a front and back porch to enjoy sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed the walking trails right out the front door. I can't recommend this place enough. We'll be back.

We had a lovely Easter break at Kalimna - the house is in a great spot, close to the jetty and walking trails, and short stroll into town. An older home, but beautifully clean and views from every window were fabulous.

The house was exactly as described and very comfortable and clean. Views are stunning especially the sunsets we were treated to. We walked the cliff path every day as it started right outside the door. Town was an easy walk too. Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

What more could one ask for. A simple little cottage with amazing views and a choice of scenic walks nearby. An easy walk in to town for morning coffee and shopping with a large deck for predinner drinks. The prefect little getaway with my favorite girlfriends. Our only regret was we could not stay longer! We left the property early as there was no air conditioning or ceiling fans. The weather was hot and humid so staying in the house was very uncomfortable.
No refund was offered. We would not stay there again.

We booked a 5 night stay at Kalimna house in Robe for the second week of January. On arrival at the house we found the location to be simply beautiful - away from the crowds but taking in 360 degree views of the ocean, lighthouse and obelisk. Short stroll to the jetty, marina and town, as well as to the skatepark and golf club. We were very spoilt with the weather and unheard of 30 degree days with no wind, which meant beach days and sun kissed faces. The house had spacious living areas and a large uncovered deck facing towards the jetty and marina. Two good sized bedrooms were all we needed for our family of four and the beds were comfortable. House was clean and tidy with a selection of books and games also available. A wonderful stay in Robe - we will be back.
