Latitude 37 - 37 O'Byrne Avenue

We enjoyed our stay in Robe again this year. We did feel that the place is a little bit run down and a few things need to be addressed. Apiece of the cornice upstairs coming down. The bathroom shower floods the floor as the seal on the shower door may need replacing. The back yard needs cleaning up.

The property is in agreat location close to Long Beach, if you have a pet dog it is a secure place with plenty of room to run around the back yard. The place is lsightly run down and requires some maintenance to bring it up to another level. There are no fly screens, some of the doors do not lock or open correctly, some of the windows cannot be opened. It has all the facilities that are required for an enjoyable stay and the balcony on level 1 is a great place to have a drink with a few friends. If the property was maintained to a higher stay then the stay could have even more enjoyable

There are areas of the house that are starting to fall apart and the whole house needs to be updated and possibly repainted. Position of the property is excellent, the kitchen and toilet facilities aren't too bad (Still need to be refurbished) and it is a close walk to the beach

The location was great- a short walk to the beach. The house is large with good amenities. The outdoor deck area was awesome. Good rental for a large family or a few groups of friends.
Some of the furniture was stained and unappealing to sit on, but the house was cleaned well.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the short time we were there this year. Unfortunately had to cut our stay short by a week when Covid made its way on the scene with 2 grandkids going down with it

We had a lovely time at latitude 37 celebrated Christmas fair it was well equipped especially when you are doing Christmas cooking also all bathrooms were very clean and lovely products.
We were able to have a small dog in the backyard and on the deck and he loved going for a walk everyday on the beach as it is only one street away.
Quiet location and great for a beach holiday.

Property is in a fantastic location, set one street back from Long Beach. The rooms were big enough to accommodate all guests. The two seperate living rooms were perfect for the kids.Property could benefit from a bit of maintenance. Fly screens on all windows would be handy particularly as it was quite warm. Outdoor area was great but filthy. A bit of dust is understandable but the furniture was covered in bird poo and generally filthy. We had to wash everything down before we were able to use it. There were also no light bulbs in the outdoor area downstairs. We found some spares are were able to put them in. Property was mostly secure except for one side where a wired fence had fallen down. We were able to fix this. This also the second property we have stayed at my the same property managers that has had no gas in the barbeque gas bottle. As we usually arrive on a weeknight we miss the time slot to exchange the bottle so we paid to switch this out of our own pocket from another servo. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It was a great house, everything supplied was brilliant.However it wasn't overly clean. There was a lot of sand, dead insects, and mouse poo around. The mouse poo wouldnt have been a really massive problem, had it not been on the bed. We did later vacuum up the mouse poo we found behind the couch, and the mouse poison sacks placed under there, but the poo and stains on the upstairs double bed valance and mattress by the bed head was pretty disgusting. It was clear no one had been in the house for a while.

The location was good, one street of the Esplanade.Renovations beautifully done through out.Dish washer wasn't working, the local plumbers were not in town to fix it:)Vacuum cleaner wasn't great we found the broom did a better job.4 Adults and 6 children, all the kid are above the age of 12, it was noted that the house provided a high chair, port a cot and stair barrier, for those who have toddlers.a great time was had by all.Loved it.Great time 4x4 driving.
