No. 49 is a spacious, light-filled holiday home designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for either one large family or two smaller families travelling together. Located in a convenient Robe position close to Mahalia Coffee, local gym facilities, and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Robe’s Dinosaur Playground, this home offers both comfort and accessibility.
The property features four large bedrooms, including a master suite with ensuite and built-in robe. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area provides a central gathering space for families to relax together, complete with a breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher.
The main bathroom is well-appointed with a separate bath and large shower, catering comfortably to groups and families.
Outdoor living is a key feature of No. 49, with a large enclosed rear yard providing a safe space for children to play and for pets to enjoy. A large shed is also available for secure storage of a boat or jet skis.

• A completed guest list is required before booking confirmation
• A $500 bond applies to all stays
Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds made prior to arrival, please request this at the time of booking ($15 per bed, top bunks excluded). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

49 Robe St was well located and in easy walking distance to Robe center. Well equipped, secure yard for our dog however the outdoor area was not well maintained.. bbq and outdoor area were very dirty and dusty. We would recommend this holiday rental and would gladly stay again.
The House was great, plenty of room and met all our expectations.

Perfect location to walk everywhere . Slept 10 comfortably with plenty of comfortable living space for everyone . Loads of games for entertainment and outdoor area for when the sun shines
We enjoyed staying at this property as it's well-positioned, being within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to eat and visit. The house is spacious and well stocked, with everything we needed.
