Palm Beach is a comfortable, fully fenced home that works well for families and groups wanting space to unwind. The secure yard gives both kids and pets room to move safely, while the outdoor seating and BBQ area make it easy to enjoy relaxed evenings together after a day at the beach.

Inside, the home offers a simple, practical open-plan layout with living, dining, and kitchen spaces all connected. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar and everything needed for holiday meals, and tiled flooring throughout the living areas makes it easy for sandy feet and beach days.

The home sleeps larger families comfortably, with 2 queen beds and 6 single beds (3 bunk beds), along with 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom includes a shower over bath, which is ideal for families with younger children.

• Bookings are not confirmed until a completed guest list has been returned
• A $500 refundable bond is required

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay, based on the number of guests booked. If you would like beds made up prior to arrival, this can be arranged for $15 per bed (top bunks excluded). Please let us know any specific bedding requirements at the time of booking. If no instructions are provided, bedding will be set up according to guest numbers supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.
