Located off Robe street Pitts Villa is in the new building area of Robe. You are only a few min stroll from Mahalia coffee and the large play ground on Robe street .
This property is very large and spacious inside and out. 4 double rooms with queen size beds, master with an ensuite. Open living area lots and lots of space, dining area, lounge area, kitchen area. Large double drive way with double garage for guest parking.
Fully enclosed lawn back yard with a small under cover entertaining area. The house is pet friendly (outside only), so the family pet is more than welcome to come on holiday too.
It is the dog owner’s responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises, Robe Holiday Rentals can not guarantee fencing will be suitable match with your pet.
Credit card details are required for BOND security.
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.

We came with another family. 4 adults & 5 kids. Could not fault the house. So clean and such a great space. Backyard, the kids had a ball. Our only really negative part of the stay was the state of the BBQ. Especially in the stay instructions it advises to clean the BBQ after use. It was clear it had been used many times without a clean. We had planned to stay in and have a BBQ one night but didn’t end up doing that. Had the BBQ been clean I would definitely review as 5 star.
However, we would definitely stay in this house again as the rest of the stay was perfect.

Healey court was a very spacious and comfortable home. The BBQ and outside space was good. There were no tea bags or coffee provided, and only a few coffee pods (coffee machine had not been cleaned) which was disappointing. Why is there a charge to have the beds made up? Extra towels would have been welcome as well.

Surprised when we entered this property at how spacious it was. Even the bedrooms were good size. Well maintained also. Lots kitchen utensils,incldg coffee machine. Very close to town also.

A spacious and comfortable house for our party of five adults. It's located within walking distance of The Robe Town Brewery and Mahalia Coffee, both are worth a visit. Upon arrival we had a few issues with the dishwasher and BBQ which were resolved quickly when we notified Robe Holiday Rentals. Just be aware that although linen is supplied an extra cost is incurred if you want the beds made up. We thought this was unusual as we have never come across this before. Also, there was no coffee/ tea or milk supplied, luckily we had brought our own supply. Overall a pleasant and relaxing weekend.

This house was immaculate and very clean and well looked after. A short 1 km walk to the shops or a coffee at Mahalia’s just around the corner. We loved everything about the house, our Labrador loved the enclosed yard and beach visits and the kids relaxed. Beds are so comfortable!!

Pitts Villa was a wonderful house to stay in. The location was really good for us, the space was perfect. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The BBQ outside was big enough for the house which is great and the back yard was safe and lovely for the fur babies. We really enjoyed the table tennis table in the garage! That was a bonus. Short walk to the main street or just around the corner to Mahalias for coffee!

We had the most wonderful week at Pitts Villa in Robe. The house was spacious and perfect for what we needed. We were two families travelling with little kids. The added bonus of the enclosed outdoor space was ideal for our toddlers to ride around outside. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathrooms were big and very clean. The location suited us really well. We walked into town some days but mostly drove to the beach which was 5 minutes. We had such a good time - can’t wait to come back again! I would highly recommend, couldn’t fault it!
