Ideally located just 300 metres from Robe’s café strip, pubs, and boutique shopping, Summer House offers the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. You’re also only 1.6 km from Lake Butler Marina and 2.4 km from the iconic Long Beach, making it an excellent base to explore everything this beautiful coastal town has to offer.
Freshly updated under new ownership, the home now includes Starlink Wi-Fi, upgraded bedding with queen beds and king singles, and a welcoming touch with a complimentary bottle of sparkling on arrival.
The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms — two with queen beds and one with two king single beds — along with 2 bathrooms including a bath. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area creates a bright and inviting space for families and groups to relax together.
Step out onto the north-facing balcony off the kitchen, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or quiet afternoon read. The home also includes everything needed for an easy and enjoyable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and fridge.

Pet Information:
Pets are welcome inside; however, they must not be allowed on couches or bedding. Guests are responsible for ensuring house rules are followed during their stay.
Important Information:
• No booking will be confirmed without a completed guest list and required details
• A $500 refundable bond is required for your stay
Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. Beds will be made for your arrival. Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

A good townhoise, close to Robe's main street. Perhaps a queen bed in the main bedroom would have been good, and not quite so many diffusers (a bit overwhelming). But we're satisfied with our stay in Summer House.

Summer House is a great spot to stay, if you’re wanting to enjoy the quiet from the hustle of town, but be only a short walk away.
A great floor plan with a decent size outdoor area. It was generously stocked and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything you need for everyday or for the occasional dinner with friends.
The only downfall was that all beds were only double, which for a tall family, is a bit squished!

The Summer House was a perfect location for our 'girls getaway'. The accommodation was clean, well furnished with every amenity we could have ever wanted, including games, books, movies & full kitchen supplies. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

We totally enjoyed staying at Summer House, the decor was modern and breezy, in particular the luving space and deck.
We loved our stay at Summer House in wonderful Robe. The house is clean and well appointed and the beds are lovely and comfortable. Close to town so we could walk everywhere. Also loved the little touches like the pod coffee machine and the bottle of bubbly on arrival. Highly recommend!
