Whether your holiday is for fishing, beach combing or relaxing, this A Frame on the popular O'Byrne Avenue is just for you. Only one street back from Long beach and fully self contained this house has all you need for your next Robe Holiday.
Relax in an airy, tastefully decorated 3-bedroom home with 1 queen, a queen with two singles, a double with a bunk set and stair barriers at the top and bottom of the stair case. All bedrooms are equipped with a wall fan, panel heating, extra doona's and plenty of pillows- making it the perfect home to enjoy all year round.
Upstairs has open plan living with fresh floor coverings, 5KW reverse cycle AIR CON, anti-glare window treatment and panel heating. The kitchen has all the amenities perfect for entertaining (including dishwasher, stove, microwave, large fridge and sandwich press). Plenty of cupboards contain ample crockery, cutlery, utensils, glasses, and cookware. There are 3 comfy sofas, two armchairs, several beanbags, a dining setting, TV, VCR, DVD and CD. The large deck has a Weber BBQ and outdoor dining furniture for 10.
The laundry/shower room with separate toilet has been refurbished in 2018 with a new vanity and shower enclosure, an as new washing machine, an iron and ironing board. There are two shady terraces with outdoor furniture, a green back lawn for children to play safely in view, and a large, fully fenced yard with room to park a boat and cars off-street.
Dogs permitted outside only. It is the dog owners responsibility to ensure that their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises. Robe Holiday Rentals cannot guarantee fencing will suitably match with your pet.
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guests responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.

Great house and location. Desperately Needs separate or second toilet even if extra toilet is outside.Also pantry space for food as all cupboards are full and key for patio gate it was locked making only access through bedrooms. Has well stocked kitchen and awesome lounge/deck we will definitely book again.

We had a perfect family stay at the Summer House over Christmas. Such a well appointed house and the deck was the perfect size for entertaining. Great proximity to the beach - just love it. We'll be back!

Great location easy access to town centre.House was very clean.Robe hotel had excellent food and location allows you easy access to national parks for great fishing experience and 4wd time to Kingston and Beachport is just over 20min drive.Great time was had by all highly recommend.

A great location at Long Beach and a minutes drive from town. Clean bed linen and towels provided, however, dirty floors, coffee/table tops and crumbs on couch. Having paid a $140 cleaning fee you expect the property to be cleaned upon your arrival too. A big diasappointment and deal breaker for us for future stays.

Most enjoyable stay in a beautiful coastal location in southern South Australia. Perfect for a family Christmas gathering including the family dog!! Wish our stay was a bit longer. 5 star rating from me.
We had a wonderful time. It would be great to have basics like salt, pepper and sugar provided. As with other reviews a second bathroom would be excellent but the outside shower is a step in the right direction. Great eating area outside and fun communal lounge room. Thank you!
