Syleham Zero owners have put lot of thought into the built of the house. Under cover BBQ area with fully enclosed backyard. Plenty of space for the children to play unsupervised . Open plan living area plus a 2nd living room means the adults and children can have the facilities to watch different movies .

Syleham Zero joins another property with the garage but have very private yard. It is located on the corner of Davenport St and Lord Syleham St facing Lord Syleham Street.

High Chair Supplied

It is the dog owners responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises, Robe Holiday rentals can not guarantee fencing will be suitable match with your pet.

Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guests responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.

Great location

Robe is our go-to family holiday location. Well maintained 3 bedroom home close to town. Has everything you need. The outdoor area with the bbq worked well for us. My only feedforward would be some placemats and a table cloth would be great!

We have stayed in this property before and found it good. This time however was not the case. The place smelt. The fridge must of had some sort of shell fish in and the smell was disgusting. I went and brought cleaning products to try to clean it but l couldn’t get the smell out. The couch was smelly l think from too many dogs on it. The oven and the barbecue were both filthy, really l felt the barbecue looked a bit unsafe. The whole place needs a good clean up.

We have stayed here previously and enjoy returning due to its location, the amenities and the perfect size of the property.

Couple of negatives though on this stay and it is more to do with the property management group and not the property itself.
No cleaning products, one tea towel, no sponge or scourer for dishes or wiping surfaces. I think the majority of guests like to keep the properties they stay in clean, however when you leave no products to enable this, there becomes either no incentive for them to do this or they get a little frustrated when they then need to go and purchase them, given the costs they have already outlaid to stay at the property.

Secondly, Perhaps invest in some new quilts and quilt covers that actually fit the beds. I'm also not convinced the quilt covers are washed in between rentals as ours were quite dirty....eeek

Lastly the outdoor setting needs a really good clean to get rid of all the spider webs and dead bugs.

Great layout for separation of adults/kids if required. Good sized, secure back yard. Walk to everywhere. A bit more cookware would be useful. Appliances all good quality. Will return here, Im sure.

Good spaces with a family room plus lounge room, 8 seater dining table and outdoor setting under cover. All that and a 2 minute stroll into the heart of Robe makes it a real winner.

Very enjoyable stay. Great location to access the Main Street, for children to go to skate park and use mountain bike trails. Little limited cookware. Can be a little noisy with bedrooms so close to the street.

Great space and facilities, terrific kitchen. 5 mins walk to townIssues - no kitchen scissors, water from electric kettle mtalic taste. Wooden bed frame under middle bedroom seeems to be broken

We booked this house as a family holiday with young children. Great location, short walk to the Main Street and beach area. The house had everything we needed for our stay, very clean upon arrival and a secure yard for our dog. The only thing we would suggest is more fans for when the weather is hot.

I stayed here for a girls weekend recently and it was absolutely perfect. The property was spotless, modern and in a perfect location. We left the car and walked everywhere.It had all the comforts of home and we will definitely stay here again.Thank you for providing a perfect property for us.
