Welcome to Three Sisters - a recently renovated coastal holiday home, ideally located just one street back from Long Beach and close to the Caravan Park.
Please note:
• Small dogs are permitted inside (no fencing is provided)
• No Wi-Fi available
• Top bunks are suitable for guests aged 14 years and under only
Perfect for families or groups of friends, this spacious home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate living areas, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.
The upstairs level features open-plan living with a well-equipped kitchen, dining, and lounge area, flowing out to a balcony where you may catch glimpses of the sea. This space is ideal for shared meals, entertaining, or simply enjoying the coastal atmosphere. The upstairs also includes two queen bedrooms and a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday cooking and entertaining, including a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, Aldi coffee pod machine, and ample crockery and glassware. Both living areas are fitted with split-system heating and cooling for year-round comfort.
Downstairs offers a separate retreat, ideal for children or additional guests, with an open entertainment area including TV, DVDs, Xbox, and board games, along with two bedrooms sleeping up to five guests and a second bathroom.
Outside, there is a large backyard area with ample space for parking cars and a boat. Please note the yard is not fenced.

• Credit card details are required for bond security
Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds made prior to arrival, please request this at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed - sorry no top bunks are made). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

We had a great stay. The location is great with beautiful sea glimpses from the sheltered balcony. It's a short walk to long beach, a short walk to get the best frappes from Patrick at the campground and a short cycle into town which is much easier now with the new path and lights. The house is well equipped with the essentials however the rooms are short of storage for clothes especially if you are staying longer than a week. If you have older kids the upstairs and downstairs works very well. All up we were very happy.

The house was great it the external maintenance was poor. I removed dozens of spider webs on the balcony and around the doors and doorframes.

Love Robe so we had a great holiday. Villa Patricia was in a good location, very near the beach access. The living area and upstairs bedrooms have been renovated and are very comfortable, however the kitchen and upstairs bathroom are very tired and the toilet room was constantly infested with ants. Our children were particularly unimpressed by the lack of dishwasher and getting the TV in the games room to work was complicated.

Was fantastic for our family we booked a total of 4 houses down O'Byrne Avenue that only a few steps from each other. Villa Patricia was great for all the kids as down stairs had the prefect kids entertaining area with room to play bored games and spread out also a second TV. our stay was great and we enjoyed every moment of our huge family holiday together. Thank you Hope for organizing it all for us

Great space for two families. Place was clean and tidy. Many DVD discs not in covers and upstairs bedrooms can be very hot in the early morning. A dishwasher would also be a great addition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was great to walk to the beach.
