• No booking will be accepted without a completed guest list and required details
• Credit card details are required for bond security
Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds professionally made prior to arrival, please request bed-making at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed. Sorry no top bunks will be made). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Woodlin is in the perfect location. Great house for a big group, amazing views of Long Beach from the upstairs deck. Bathrooms were clean and all linen provided. Had a great time and will be back. Thank you

Great place for a couple of familys, in a great location. Has everything you need. Beds were really comfy. Only thing that needs fixing is some better mirrors for bathrooms.

Great location and good size house. It’s just a pity the house wasn’t the cleanest. Crumbs and dirt over floor. Didn’t look like it had been vaccumed and splash back and cupboards in kitchen were dirty. Not wiped down. Linen provided was clean but we had to make our own beds up and pillows were dirty. Communication wasn’t the best either. I had to ring day before to find out how to get in the house as no one contacted me. If you fixed these 2 things house would be perfect.
Great location across from the beach. Easy to find the house. Very comfortable & well appointed, had everything we needed. Close to the beach & short distance to drive (or walk) to Main Street. Great shops & eating venues & plenty to see & do. Could have been a bit cleaner, but wouldn’t stop us returning.
